You have a strong background in customer success or implementation consulting, ideally within the technology sector. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to understand complex customer needs and provide tailored solutions that drive value. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working effectively with sales, support, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success. You are proactive and enjoy building long-term relationships with clients, becoming their trusted advisor as they navigate their journey with Samsara.
Desirable
Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) space or related industries is a plus. Familiarity with fleet management or operational efficiency solutions will help you understand our customers' challenges better. You are comfortable with data analysis and can leverage insights to guide customers in optimizing their use of our platform.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the post-implementation phase for our enterprise customers, ensuring they are set up for success with our Connected Operationsโข Cloud platform. You will work closely with customers to understand their unique operational challenges and advise them on how to customize our solutions to meet their needs. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance as they integrate our technology into their operations. You will collaborate with sales and product teams to relay customer feedback and help shape future product developments. Your goal is to foster strong relationships that lead to customer retention and satisfaction, ultimately driving growth for Samsara.
