Who you are

You have a strong background in sales enablement, ideally with experience in industries that rely on physical operations. You understand the importance of empowering sales teams to deliver differentiated value to customers and meet revenue expectations. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will help you drive initiatives that enhance sales performance. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can effectively communicate with team members across various locations.

Desirable

Experience in the Internet of Things (IoT) sector or related fields is a plus. Familiarity with data-driven decision-making and the ability to analyze sales metrics will set you apart. You are proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement and have a track record of implementing successful enablement strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales enablement programs that equip sellers with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to ensure that sales materials are aligned with the company's offerings and messaging.
