Who you are

You have a strong background in sales, particularly within the public sector, and understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with selling to government institutions and educational organizations. Your experience has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex budget cycles and modernization mandates across multiple states, particularly in the Northeast region. You are adept at building relationships and trust with key stakeholders, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of Saviynt's AI-powered identity platform. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.

Desirable

Experience in cybersecurity or identity management solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the specific needs of state and local government agencies. You are comfortable working with diverse teams and can adapt your communication style to suit different audiences, from technical staff to executive leadership.

What you'll do

As the SLED Account Executive for the Northeast Corridor, you will be responsible for driving market share across a high-value public sector territory that spans from Boston to Albany and New York City to Philadelphia. You will engage with state governments in Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, as well as key metropolitan and higher education accounts. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for Saviynt's solutions to accelerate digital transformation and enhance cybersecurity efforts at the state level. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored strategies that address the unique needs of your clients, ensuring that they receive the best possible service and support.

You will also be responsible for maintaining a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and market trends, allowing you to position Saviynt effectively against competitors. Regularly reporting on your progress and sales activities will be essential, as will participating in strategic planning sessions to align your efforts with the broader goals of the organization. Your success will be measured not only by sales figures but also by the strength of the relationships you build and the impact of Saviynt's solutions on your clients' operations.
