Overview

Rhombus is hiring a SLED Account Executive to manage the sales cycle from qualification to close. You'll collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product teams to promote Rhombus's physical security solutions. This role requires a self-motivated individual with strong sales skills.

You are a self-motivated and tenacious individual with a passion for sales — you thrive in environments where you can own the sales cycle from qualification to close. Your confidence and willingness to engage in prospecting allow you to maintain a robust sales funnel, ensuring that you meet and exceed your targets. You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with marketing, engineering, and product teams to become a subject matter expert on Rhombus's innovative cameras and software solutions.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of Rhombus's offerings to potential clients effectively. Your ability to build relationships and trust with customers is paramount, as you aim to make a positive impact in the world of physical security. You are driven by results and are always looking for ways to improve your sales strategies and techniques.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take ownership of the sales cycle, from initial qualification of leads to closing deals. You will engage in prospecting activities to identify and connect with potential clients in the SLED (State, Local, and Education) sector. Your expertise in Rhombus's products will allow you to provide valuable insights and solutions tailored to the unique needs of each organization.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with your audience and drive engagement. Additionally, you will work with engineering and product teams to ensure that you have a deep understanding of the technology behind Rhombus's offerings, allowing you to effectively communicate their benefits to clients.

Your responsibilities will also include maintaining accurate records of your sales activities and progress in the CRM system, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your goals.
