Who you are

You have a strong background in managing partnerships and understand the nuances of contractor relationships in the home services sector. Your experience enables you to effectively support partners in maximizing their participation in rebate programs, ensuring projects are executed smoothly and efficiently. You are adept at balancing sales enablement and account management, with a keen focus on driving volume for contractor partners. Your communication skills allow you to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the project lifecycle.

You thrive in a collaborative environment where you can leverage your expertise to help contractors grow their businesses. You are comfortable with data and analytics, using insights to guide your partners in making informed decisions that enhance their project outcomes. Your proactive approach means you are always looking for ways to improve processes and reduce friction for contractors, making their experience as seamless as possible.

Desirable

Experience in the climate tech or energy efficiency sectors is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within this space. Familiarity with rebate programs and energy savings initiatives will enable you to provide even greater value to your partners. You are passionate about sustainability and are motivated by the impact your work has on reducing energy waste and promoting electrification in homes.

What you'll do

As Sealed’s Partner Manager, you will be the driving force behind the success of our contractor partners in weatherization and electrification rebate programs. Your primary responsibility is to support our partners and do all in your power to help them drive volume. You will own contractor relationships, ensuring they are equipped with the tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in our programs. This includes conducting regular check-ins, providing training on our software solutions, and addressing any challenges they may face.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that our partners have access to the latest resources and support. This may involve coordinating with the product team to relay feedback from contractors or working with marketing to develop materials that help partners communicate the benefits of our programs to their clients. Your role will also require you to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight stays, to support project needs, attend meetings, or conduct site visits.

In addition to managing relationships, you will analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. By leveraging insights from our software and analytics, you will help contractors optimize their participation in rebate programs, ultimately driving greater energy savings and project success. You will be instrumental in fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement among our contractor partners, ensuring they feel supported and empowered to achieve their goals.
