What you'll do

As an Account Representative, you will manage a portfolio of small- to mid-size accounts, focusing on building long-term relationships with account leadership. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and growing the existing customer portfolio, executing daily business tasks such as receiving orders and data entry, and keeping customers informed about shipment statuses. You will also be involved in selling and negotiating at a transactional level, identifying new opportunities with current customers, and expanding the services offered to maximize profitability through the account's supply chain. Your role will require you to work on-site with your peers five days a week, fostering creativity and collaboration to drive impactful results.
