Who you are

You are an enthusiastic individual eager to join a growing team as an Account Representative in the Customers Department. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about building strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. You understand the importance of face-to-face interactions and are committed to driving innovation and success through teamwork. You have a proactive approach to account management, focusing on maintaining and expanding existing client portfolios. You are detail-oriented and capable of executing daily operations consistently, ensuring that client needs are met effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a group of small to medium accounts, working diligently to build strong relationships with account management teams. You will be responsible for maintaining and expanding existing accounts by offering new services and enhancing current offerings, all while focusing on increasing efficiency and profitability through the supply chain. You will engage in daily operations, including processing orders, entering data, and keeping clients informed about shipping statuses. Your role will involve identifying new opportunities within current clients beyond existing scopes and proactively building relationships with management-level contacts both within and outside your organization.
