What you'll do

As the Senior Manager, People Operations, you will lead the HR operations function, ensuring effective service delivery across all HR areas. You will oversee payroll processes, benefits administration, and leave management, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Your role will involve providing strategic direction for HR initiatives that enhance organizational performance and support growth. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives, acting as a key partner in driving the company's mission forward.

You will manage a small team, providing guidance and support to ensure that HR processes are efficient and effective. You will be responsible for developing and implementing best practices in HR operations, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement.
