What you'll do
As the Founding Solutions Engineer at Sequence, you will be at the forefront of our customer onboarding journey. You will collaborate with the Product, GTM, and Engineering teams to develop and execute strategies that enhance the customer experience. Your role will involve creating a comprehensive onboarding playbook that addresses the unique needs of our clients, ensuring they can effectively utilize our AI-powered revenue platform. You will be responsible for building relationships with key external partners and guiding them through the implementation process. Your insights will help shape the product roadmap as you gather feedback from customers and identify areas for improvement. You will also play a crucial role in training and supporting customers, ensuring they have the resources they need to succeed. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of Sequence as we scale our operations.
