You are an enthusiastic sales professional eager to engage with small- and mid-sized business owners. You possess a strong work ethic and are driven to meet and exceed sales quotas. Your ability to conduct discovery calls and identify client needs makes you an asset to any sales team. You are comfortable delivering persuasive phone or video demos that highlight product capabilities, particularly in restaurant environments. You thrive in a performance-based sales position and are motivated by a competitive compensation structure.

You have experience managing inbound leads and performing high-volume outbound follow-ups. Your familiarity with Salesforce allows you to maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking, ensuring that no opportunity is missed. You are a collaborative team player who works closely with deployment and support teams to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients. You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with clients and are committed to providing tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.

What you'll do

In this role, you will respond promptly and professionally to inbound leads from business owners and operators. You will conduct discovery calls to identify their needs, pain points, and business goals. Your responsibilities will include delivering persuasive phone or video demos that showcase Shift4's POS capabilities. You will also perform high-volume outbound follow-ups with an existing database of leads to re-engage opportunities. Your role will involve recommending tailored solutions, including POS hardware, software, and integrated payments, and preparing customized proposals and pricing packages.

You will be expected to maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Salesforce, ensuring that all interactions are documented and follow-ups are timely. Collaboration with deployment and support teams will be crucial to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas for revenue and approved and activated deals will be a key performance indicator for your success in this role. You will maintain a strong working knowledge of Shift4's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
