You have a proven track record in account management and sales, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with retailers is key to your success. You are strategic in your approach, capable of analyzing sales data to inform your decisions and optimize inventory efficiency. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are comfortable with travel, as this role requires up to 60% travel to meet clients and support in-store training. You understand the importance of visual merchandising and can provide valuable insights to partners.
Desirable
Experience in the retail or consumer goods industry is a plus, as is familiarity with wholesale sales processes. You are adaptable and can tailor your strategies to different markets and customer needs. A background in data analysis will help you monitor budgets and sales performance effectively.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Manager at Shinola, you will be responsible for driving wholesale sales within your assigned territory on the West Coast. This involves managing existing accounts and expanding relationships with new partners. You will develop tailored strategies that maximize sell-through and market penetration, ensuring that Shinola's products are well-represented in stores.
