Your familiarity with embedded payments processing allows you to find creative solutions tailored to each shop's unique needs and workflows. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with sales leadership to develop strategies that drive customer success. Your analytical skills enable you to conduct in-depth rate analyses, ensuring that customers are aware of the best options available to them.
You have a strong understanding of credit card processing for both online and in-person transactions, and you are eager to become an expert in Shopmonkey's core and Payments product offerings. Your ability to follow up with customers ensures they are not only satisfied but also successful in utilizing Shopmonkey Payments to its fullest potential.
What you'll do
As a Payments Development Representative, you will proactively contact customers through both outbound and inbound efforts, focusing on ensuring they maximize the benefits of Shopmonkey Payments. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop and implement plans that help shops grow their volume and impact. Your role will involve conducting thorough rate analyses on both internal and competitor rates, allowing you to provide informed recommendations to customers.
You will become an expert in our credit card processing solutions, including the various card reader terminals and fintech solutions available to our shops. Your responsibilities will also include generating and maintaining expert knowledge of the automotive services industry, market trends, and competition, ensuring that you can provide valuable insights to customers. Your efforts will directly contribute to the success of our customers and the overall impact of Shopmonkey Payments in their businesses.
