Skydio is hiring a Customer Success Manager to lead implementation and support for Law Enforcement customers. You'll work closely with technical teams to ensure customer success and drive value. This role requires strong ownership and collaboration skills.

Who you are
You have a strong sense of ownership and are motivated to lead customer success initiatives. Your experience in customer-facing roles has equipped you with the skills to bridge the gap between customers and technical teams effectively. You understand the importance of onboarding and retention strategies, particularly in the context of technology solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and Sales. Your ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders is a key asset.
Desirable
Experience in the drone or UAS industry is a plus, as is familiarity with law enforcement operations. You may have a background in technical support or customer success management, which will help you understand the unique needs of our customers. A passion for technology and its applications in various fields, including public safety, will set you apart.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and onboarding processes for our Law Enforcement customers. You will work closely with customers to ensure they are set up for success with our autonomous solutions. Your role will involve driving customer engagement and satisfaction, ensuring that customers derive maximum value from our products. You will collaborate with technical teams to address customer needs and provide feedback to improve our offerings. Additionally, you will develop scalable processes for onboarding and support, contributing to the overall success of the Customer Success team.
