Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales enablement or a related field, with experience in developing training programs that drive sales performance. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with customer needs and have a knack for storytelling that makes complex technology accessible to diverse audiences.

Your analytical skills allow you to assess the effectiveness of enablement programs and make data-driven decisions to improve them. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that sales teams are equipped with the right tools and insights.

What you'll do

As the Sales Enablement Manager, you will partner with Sales Leadership and Product Marketing to define enablement priorities that align with the go-to-market strategy. You will build scalable frameworks for onboarding and continuous learning, ensuring that sales teams are prepared to engage effectively with customers.

You will design and deliver impactful training programs that connect Skydio’s technology to customer value, helping sellers articulate the benefits of our products. Your role will involve analyzing sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance productivity and ramp-up times for new hires.

You will also be responsible for creating and maintaining sales enablement content, ensuring that messaging is consistent and resonates with target audiences. By fostering a culture of continuous learning, you will help drive the success of the sales organization and contribute to Skydio's growth.
