You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building high-performing teams that drive innovation in the drone industry.

You possess strong interpersonal skills, enabling you to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike. Your ability to operate as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders ensures that you understand their needs and can provide valuable insights throughout the recruitment process. You are detail-oriented and organized, managing multiple recruitment efforts simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate experience.

What you'll do

As the Senior Technical Recruiter for Skydio's Hardware Operations organization, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple teams. This includes collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements, sourcing candidates through various channels, and conducting interviews to assess their fit for the organization. You will also play a key role in developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

In addition to your primary focus on Hardware Operations, you will contribute to recruitment efforts across other areas within R&D, such as Flight Test and Hardware Engineering. Your ability to adapt and pivot as needed will be crucial in supporting the company's diverse hiring needs. You will also be responsible for tracking recruitment metrics and providing regular updates to leadership on the status of open positions and candidate pipelines.
