Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in full cycle sales, demonstrating a strong ability to close deals effectively. Your background ideally includes working in a high-paced tech industry, where you have honed your skills in navigating complex sales processes. You possess excellent communication skills, both in-person and through various channels, allowing you to engage effectively with customers and stakeholders. Your consultative selling approach enables you to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that drive business growth. You thrive in a high-energy environment and are comfortable presenting to VP and C-Suite executives, showcasing your ability to influence decision-makers. You are organized, optimistic, and coachable, ready to embrace change and adapt to new challenges.

What you'll do

In this role, you will research, identify, and generate new opportunities within existing customer accounts, focusing on expanding Snowflake's footprint. You will methodically qualify leads and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline, ensuring that you are consistently on track to meet your sales quotas. Your strategic approach will involve building and navigating your book of business to close new deals and grow existing accounts. You will maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling, to engage potential customers and drive interest in Snowflake's solutions. Delivering web-based presentations using inside sales best practices will be a key part of your day-to-day responsibilities, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of our offerings. You will work collaboratively with your team, competing to achieve individual and team goals while fostering a supportive environment.
