Who you are
You have 2+ years of experience in full cycle sales, demonstrating a proven track record of closing deals. Your background ideally includes working in a high-paced tech industry, where you've honed your skills in customer communication, both in-person and through various channels. You thrive in a consultative sales environment, where your ability to navigate complex organizations and engage with VP and C-Suite executives is key to your success. You are organized, optimistic, and coachable, ready to embrace change and drive results.
Desirable
Experience in inside sales is a plus, as is familiarity with sales strategies like Command of the Message. You are comfortable with high volumes of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling, and you enjoy delivering web-based presentations that resonate with your audience. Your ability to build and manage an accurate sales funnel is crucial, as is your drive to exceed sales quotas consistently.
What you'll do
In this role, you will research, identify, and generate new opportunities within existing customers, focusing on expanding accounts and closing new business. You will methodically qualify leads and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in your approach. Your consultative selling style will be essential as you engage with decision-makers in large, complex organizations, helping them understand the value of Snowflake's solutions. You will maintain a high volume of activity, leveraging various communication methods to connect with potential clients and drive engagement.
You will also be responsible for delivering compelling web-based presentations, showcasing Snowflake's offerings and how they can meet the needs of your clients.
