Job Description
Who you are
You have at least 2 years of experience in full cycle sales, demonstrating a proven track record of closing deals. Your background ideally includes working in a high-paced tech industry, where you have honed your skills in customer communication, both in-person and over the phone. Fluency in Polish at a native level is essential, as is familiarity with the Polish market. You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing you to make formal and informal presentations to both staff and clients. Your ability to think creatively and provide solutions is key to driving sales success, and you are detail-oriented and flexible in your approach.
What you'll do
In this Inside Sales role, you will research, identify, and generate new opportunities weekly through phone and web outreach. You will methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales funnel and pipeline, strategically navigating your book to close new business and grow existing accounts. Selling our solutions will require a consultative approach in a high-energy environment, where you will maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls, emails, and social selling. You will skillfully deliver web-based presentations using inside sales best practices and will be comfortable selling to VP and C-Suite executives, navigating through multiple decision-makers in large, complex organizations. Consistently exceeding sales goals will be a key measure of your success.
