Who you are

You have a strong background in sales operations, with experience in providing deal desk guidance and improving sales processes. Your ability to foster best practices has led to increased sales effectiveness in previous roles. You are detail-oriented, ensuring that all contracts are complete, accurate, and adhere to company policies. You understand the importance of timely approvals for non-standard deals and have a track record of resolving issues efficiently.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with global sales teams and other stakeholders. Your analytical mindset helps you drive process improvements and implement best-in-class quote-to-order processes. You are familiar with CPQ systems and understand how they can streamline sales operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support Intercom's global sales teams by providing deal desk guidance within the Sales Operations team. You will work to improve day-to-day processes and systems, fostering best practices that enhance sales effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include conducting structured deal reviews and checkpoints, ensuring that all business practices and policies are followed.

You will lead the evaluation and review of contracts, ensuring completeness and accuracy while adhering to company policies. You will also be responsible for documenting and escalating approvals for non-standard deals, ensuring they are resolved within reasonable timeframes. Your role will be crucial in driving process and systems requirements to implement a best-in-class quote-to-order process, ultimately supporting the sales team in closing and managing deals effectively.
