You have 7-8 years of industry experience, with at least 3 years in a pre-sales environment where you've honed your presentation skills to both technical and executive audiences. Your ability to connect customer business challenges with Snowflake's solutions is key, and you thrive in collaborative settings with sales teams and channel partners.

Your technical expertise spans large-scale databases, data warehouse technologies, ETL processes, and analytics, allowing you to effectively demonstrate the value of Snowflake's technology through compelling presentations and proofs of concept. You possess hands-on knowledge of SQL and SQL analytics, which you utilize to address specific customer needs.

You are fluent in both Japanese and English, enabling you to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Your educational background in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field complements your practical experience, making you a well-rounded candidate for this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Solutions Engineer at Snowflake, you will engage with prospective customers and executives, delivering presentations that showcase the capabilities and vision of Snowflake's technology. You will support the entire sales cycle by demonstrating the value of Snowflake through demos and proofs of concept, ensuring that customer needs are met effectively.

You will stay informed about industry trends and competitive technologies, positioning Snowflake strategically in the market. Collaborating with product management, engineering, and marketing teams, you will contribute to product improvements and marketing initiatives that enhance Snowflake's offerings.

Your role will require you to actively participate in discussions with both technical teams and business executives, ensuring that you can bridge the gap between technical solutions and business value. You will be instrumental in helping customers navigate their data challenges and realize the full potential of Snowflake's platform.
