What you'll do

As an Activation Solution Engineer, you will manage a portfolio of new and early-stage customers, focusing on accelerating their time-to-value with the Snowflake platform. You will act as a dedicated technical partner, guiding customers through their initial use cases and ensuring they have a world-class experience.

You will leverage your technical expertise to drive initial utilization of the platform, helping customers implement solutions that meet their specific needs. Your role will involve collaborating with various teams within Snowflake to ensure that customers receive the support they need for successful platform adoption.

You will be responsible for monitoring customer progress and providing ongoing technical enablement — your insights will help shape the customer journey, ensuring they achieve sustained growth and success on the Snowflake platform. You will also contribute to the development of best practices and resources that enhance the overall customer experience.
