Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in customer acquisition, and understand the nuances of engaging with medium to large businesses. Your ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including DevSecOps and Digital Transformation teams, sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and are driven by the mission to embed security into the AI-native development lifecycle.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Your experience in sourcing leads and managing a pipeline will enable you to capitalize on the opportunities within your assigned territory. You are customer-centric and understand the importance of aligning solutions with customer needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create and mature a pipeline within your assigned territory, focusing on medium to large businesses that match Snyk's ideal customer profile. You will be responsible for sourcing leads and connecting with prospects, ensuring that you build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Your efforts will drive renewal and expansion within your assigned book of business, contributing to the overall success of the LATAM team.
You will collaborate closely with your team to develop strategies that align with Snyk's mission of empowering developers to innovate securely in the AI era. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and challenges, allowing you to provide tailored solutions that enhance their software development processes. You will also participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
