You have a strong analytical background and experience in operations, ideally within a technology or software environment. What you'll do
In this role, you will create and deliver weekly operations reports and capacity forecasts, specifically focused on the performance of the professional services, customer success, and renewals teams. You will track, analyze, and report on post-sales key performance indicators (KPIs) for implementation activities, renewals, and customer churn/expansion processes. Your insights will help shape how modern organizations build and secure software at scale, driving the operational efficiency of our post-sales organization. You will work closely with the Revenue Operations team to ensure that our customer-facing teams have the data and support they need to succeed. Your contributions will be vital in helping Snyk achieve its mission of empowering developers to innovate securely in the AI era.
