What you'll do

As a Senior Product Manager for Underwriting at SoFi, you will define and drive the roadmap for core underwriting and decisioning platforms. Your mission is to build scalable, high-performance infrastructure that supports the evaluation of risk and qualification of members for lending products. You will collaborate with various teams, including Risk, Engineering, Data Science, and Legal, to ensure that decisioning engines are fast, accurate, and compliant with regulations.

You will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring that all features align with SoFi's strategic goals. You will also conduct user research to understand member needs and pain points, using this information to inform product development and enhancements.
