SolarWinds is hiring a Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to manage subscription renewals and build strong customer relationships. You'll communicate product value and track renewal pipelines in Manila.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals, ensuring that opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. You will present and explain renewal quotes, creating customized pricing proposals when needed. Your ability to communicate the value of our products will be crucial in suggesting appropriate growth solutions to customers. You will track and manage your renewal pipeline, maintaining accurate customer records and tracking progress in our CRM system. Additionally, you will share insights and feedback from customers with internal teams to help improve products and services.
