Your empathetic nature allows you to connect with customers and understand their needs, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout the renewal process.
You are accountable and take ownership of your responsibilities, managing a high volume of subscription renewals effectively. Your proactive approach helps you track and manage your renewal pipeline, ensuring opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. You are comfortable using CRM systems to maintain accurate customer records and track your progress.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails, ensuring that customers are informed and satisfied with their renewal options. You will build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns that may impact their renewal decisions. Presenting and explaining renewal quotes will be a key part of your responsibilities, including creating customized pricing proposals when needed.
You will drive the default contract length to be 3-year paid annual contracts, communicating the value of our products and suggesting appropriate growth solutions. Your insights and feedback from customers will be shared with internal teams to help improve products and services, contributing to the overall success of SolarWinds.
