You thrive in a collaborative environment and are ready to take on the challenge of managing a high volume of subscription renewals. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met, and addressing any concerns that may impact renewal decisions. You are empathetic and accountable, believing in the power of teamwork to create lasting growth for yourself and others.
You are skilled at presenting and explaining renewal quotes, including creating customized pricing proposals when needed. You have a knack for communicating the value of products and suggesting appropriate growth solutions to customers. You are organized and detail-oriented, capable of tracking and managing your renewal pipeline effectively to ensure opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage a high volume of subscription renewals through calls and emails, ensuring that customers feel valued and understood. You will build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and addressing any concerns that may impact their renewal decisions. You will present and explain renewal quotes, creating customized pricing proposals when necessary, and drive 3-year paid annual contracts as the default contract length.
You will communicate the value of our products effectively and suggest appropriate growth solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Tracking and managing your renewal pipeline will be crucial, as you will ensure that opportunities are followed up and closed before expiration. You will maintain accurate customer records and track your progress in our CRM system, sharing insights and feedback from customers with internal teams to help improve products and services.
