You are detail-oriented and can manage customer records accurately within Salesforce. You are empathetic and ready to assist potential customers during their product evaluation process, ensuring they understand the value SolarWinds brings to their business.

What you'll do

In this role, you will execute activities for prospecting and lead generation, creating interest in SolarWinds products among existing customers. You will qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring that you understand customer requirements to effectively communicate the SolarWinds value proposition. Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email will be a key part of your responsibilities, as you assist potential customers throughout their evaluation process. You will manage, maintain, and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records within Salesforce, ensuring a smooth handover to Sales Representatives. Additionally, you will conduct short first-touch online product demonstrations to potential customer audiences, showcasing the capabilities of SolarWinds products.
