SolarWinds is hiring a Senior Customer Renewals Sales Specialist to manage SaaS renewals and enhance customer relationships. This role requires strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to drive growth.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a proven track record in customer renewals and sales, ideally within the SaaS industry. Your ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers allows you to understand their needs and resolve any issues that may arise. You thrive in a collaborative environment, believing that teamwork leads to greater success. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing a high volume of customer interactions daily, ensuring that all records are accurately maintained within a CRM system. Your proactive approach to driving renewal opportunities showcases your commitment to customer satisfaction and business growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a large volume of SaaS renewals, engaging with customers through calls and emails to ensure their needs are met. You will work closely with customers to resolve any issues that may hinder their relationship with SolarWinds, effectively communicating the value proposition of our solutions. You will follow up on assigned renewal quotes and generate custom quotes as needed, presenting them to customers in a clear and persuasive manner. Your ability to manage and communicate accurate customer and pipeline records will be crucial in driving renewal opportunities to close before service expiration. You will collaborate with sales and renewals leadership to ensure alignment and success in achieving renewal targets.
