You have extensive experience in IT support and collaboration tools, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 services. Your leadership skills enable you to guide teams effectively, ensuring that collaboration tools are utilized to their fullest potential. You understand the importance of user experience and are committed to enhancing productivity through technology.
You have a proven track record of managing enterprise collaboration platforms, including Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive. Your technical expertise allows you to troubleshoot issues efficiently and implement solutions that improve user satisfaction. You are adept at working with cross-functional teams to align IT services with business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Enterprise Collaboration and EUC team, overseeing the management of collaboration tools and end-user computing platforms. You will be responsible for ensuring that Microsoft 365 services are effectively integrated into the company's operations, enhancing communication and collaboration across departments. You will also provide 24/7 incident support to both product and IT teams, ensuring that any issues are resolved promptly to minimize disruption.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders to identify needs and implement solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. Your role will involve continuous improvement of the collaboration tools, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
