You have a strong background in chemical engineering with experience in designing and operating fluid systems — your expertise includes thermofluid analysis and managing complex engineering projects from concept through activation. You are motivated by the challenge of developing state-of-the-art technologies for cryogenic rocket propellants, including oxygen and methane. What you'll do

As a Chemical Process Engineer at SpaceX, you will design, build, and operate systems that support rocket launches and testing. Your responsibilities will include performing thermofluid analysis and managing the installation of fluid systems at launch and test sites. You will help develop technologies for cryogenic propellant production and perform balance of plant calculations for cryogenic systems. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, you will ensure that all systems are designed to meet operational needs and safety standards. Your role will be pivotal in supporting the launch of the largest and most powerful rocket known to man, contributing to SpaceX's mission of enabling human life on Mars.
