What you'll do
In this role, you will partner directly with subject matter experts to design and develop engaging content for a variety of audiences, utilizing both online and classroom delivery modes. You will maintain and revise existing learning products based on end-user performance and feedback, ensuring that they remain effective and relevant. Your role will involve creating measurable improvements across existing programs, focusing on both efficacy and scalability.
As a project manager, you will oversee multiple product development projects simultaneously, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and that you can rapidly adjust to changing priorities. You will manage learner needs, permissions, and skill tracking certifications within various internal platforms, leading the management of curricula in the Learning Management System (LMS). Your collaborative approach will involve working cross-functionally with the SpaceX Instructional Design team to enhance the overall learning experience.
