You are a highly skilled IT Systems Administrator with experience in managing mission-critical systems — you thrive in environments where attention to detail and operational excellence are paramount. You possess a solid understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, server, and desktop hardware — your experience includes deploying and augmenting IT systems to support critical operations. You are adept at performing system upgrades and patches, often outside of regular hours, to maintain system integrity and performance.
Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams — you proactively identify and resolve potential technical issues, ensuring seamless system deployments. You are also skilled in authoring and maintaining comprehensive documentation for IT systems, which is crucial for operational continuity.
You leverage automation tools to enhance IT systems engineering efforts — your ability to automate processes contributes to increased efficiency and reduced downtime. What you'll do
