Who you are

You are a driven sales professional with a proven track record in managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Your experience with the Challenger sales methodology and MEDDPICC sales process has equipped you with the skills to effectively engage with clients and drive revenue growth. You are fluent in German and possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams alike.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy partnering with various departments, such as Marketing and Onboarding, to ensure a seamless customer journey from first contact to usage. Your ability to adapt and respond to customer needs makes you a valuable asset in any sales team.

What you'll do

As a Full Stack Account Executive at Spendesk, you will take ownership of the sales process, from identifying potential clients to closing deals. You will leverage your expertise in sales methodologies to engage prospects effectively and convert them into loyal customers. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the Marketing team to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging throughout the customer journey.

You will also work with the Onboarding Team to facilitate a smooth transition for new clients, ensuring they have the resources and support needed to succeed with Spendesk. Your responsibilities will include tracking sales metrics, analyzing performance data, and continuously refining your approach to maximize revenue growth.
