You excel in strategic planning and understand the nuances of cross-functional collaboration, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and engaged. Your analytical mindset allows you to leverage data to inform decisions and optimize partnership outcomes, making you a valuable asset to any team.
You are comfortable working with diverse partners, including labels, distributors, artist managers, and agency teams โ your interpersonal skills enable you to navigate complex dynamics and build rapport quickly. You thrive in environments where you can take ownership of your projects, driving initiatives from conception through execution. Your ability to communicate effectively ensures that you can articulate strategies and results to both internal teams and external partners.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the strategic owner of your partners' relationships, working closely with your Account Manager to develop and implement promotion strategies for new and catalog releases. You will collaborate with various teams across Spotify to deliver thoughtful, data-driven plans utilizing our commercial promotion tools, including Marquee, Showcase, and Discovery Mode. Your focus will be on achieving strong partner outcomes and sustainable growth, ensuring that each partnership is nurtured and developed over time.
You will analyze performance metrics and partner feedback to refine strategies and enhance the effectiveness of promotional campaigns. By staying informed about industry trends and partner needs, you will proactively identify opportunities for growth and innovation within your portfolio. Your role will also involve regular communication with partners to ensure alignment on goals and expectations, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages feedback and continuous improvement.
