You have a proven track record in managing partnerships, particularly within the private equity and venture capital sectors. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships is key — you understand the nuances of working with financial sponsors and their portfolio companies. You are adept at identifying new business opportunities and have a strategic mindset that aligns with global business goals. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to engage effectively with various stakeholders.

What you'll do
In this role, you will manage an existing portfolio of partners while actively seeking to cultivate new relationships in line with Adyen's global strategy. You will engage with key private equity and venture capital firms, identifying opportunities for strategic partnerships that drive business growth. Your responsibilities will include developing strong relationships with partners, advising on value creation, and ensuring that our payment solutions meet the unique needs of PE-backed companies. You will work closely with internal teams to align our offerings with market demands and drive successful outcomes for our partners.
