Who you are
You have a strong background in programmatic advertising and media buying, with experience in optimizing campaigns to maximize ROI. Your ability to build and maintain post-sales client relationships is key, as you will work closely with Account Executives and Client Service support teams to ensure user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You are data-driven and comfortable using analytics tools to inform your strategies and decisions.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with various teams to drive campaign success. Your communication skills are excellent, allowing you to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal stakeholders alike. You are proactive in identifying account expansion opportunities and are committed to client retention.
What you'll do
In this role, you will play an integral part in managing client relationships post-sale, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will be responsible for campaign management, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their campaign performance and that their needs are met. Your expertise in programmatic media buying will allow you to optimize campaigns effectively, coming up with unique solutions tailored to each client's objectives.
You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Client Service teams to maximize campaign ROI, leveraging data and analytics to inform your strategies. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their goals and challenges, providing insights and recommendations based on campaign performance. You will also be expected to stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure that StackAdapt remains a leader in the programmatic advertising space.
