Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in programmatic advertising and media buying, with at least 3 years of experience managing client accounts and optimizing campaigns. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to leverage data to drive decisions and improve campaign performance. You excel in building relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are satisfied with the services provided. You are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives and Client Service support, to maximize client success. Your communication skills are excellent, enabling you to articulate complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams alike.
Desirable
Experience with AI-powered marketing platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with automated optimization processes. A background in digital marketing or advertising technology will help you thrive in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for managing post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will work closely with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their campaign performance and identify opportunities for account expansion. Your expertise in programmatic media buying will be crucial as you optimize campaigns to achieve the best possible ROI for clients. You will collaborate with Account Executives and Client Service teams to address client needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, you will analyze campaign data and metrics to inform your strategies and improve overall client satisfaction.
