Who you are

You have a strong background in programmatic advertising and media buying, with a proven track record of managing client accounts and driving user adoption of marketing platforms. Your experience allows you to effectively optimize campaigns and develop unique solutions that meet client needs. You excel in building relationships and have a knack for understanding client objectives, ensuring their campaigns achieve measurable results.

You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Account Executives and Client Service support. Your analytical skills enable you to assess campaign performance and identify opportunities for account expansion and client retention. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance the client experience and maximize ROI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will play a crucial part in post-sales client relationships, focusing on user adoption of the StackAdapt platform. You will manage campaign performance, ensuring that clients are satisfied with their results and that their objectives are met. You will work closely with Account Executives and Client Service teams to strategize and implement high-impact campaigns across various programmatic advertising channels.

Your responsibilities will include optimizing campaigns based on performance data and client feedback, as well as identifying new opportunities for account growth. You will leverage your expertise in RTB and programmatic media buying to deliver unique solutions that enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, you will be responsible for analyzing campaign metrics and providing insights to clients, helping them understand the value of their investment in StackAdapt's platform.
