You have extensive experience in leading account management teams, particularly in the advertising and martech sectors. Your background includes a proven track record of driving revenue growth and maintaining client relationships, ensuring that clients achieve their marketing goals. You understand the intricacies of programmatic advertising and are adept at navigating the challenges that come with managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Your leadership style is collaborative, and you thrive in environments where you can mentor and develop your team to reach their full potential.

You are commercially oriented and have experience in quota-carrying roles, which has equipped you with the skills to scale advertising investments effectively. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and improvement, both for your team and your clients. You are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are committed to raising the bar on media performance and insights delivery.

What you'll do

As the Regional Vice President of Client Services, you will lead a team of account managers and account leads, focusing on clients in the western United States. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that your team delivers outstanding service and results for thousands of brands. You will work closely with the Head of Americas Client Services to develop strategies that align with StackAdapt's goals and objectives. Your role will involve setting performance metrics, monitoring progress, and implementing best practices to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

You will also be responsible for fostering a culture of excellence within your team, encouraging collaboration and innovation. By leveraging data and insights, you will guide your team in optimizing campaigns and achieving measurable results for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal stakeholders and clients will be crucial in driving successful partnerships and ensuring that client expectations are met or exceeded.
