StackAdapt is hiring a Revenue Operations Lead, Business Intelligence to enhance business intelligence capabilities and deliver insights that drive growth. You'll work cross-functionally with various teams and utilize your expertise in data analysis and business strategy.

Who you are

You have a strong background in business intelligence and data analysis, with a proven track record of using data to influence strategic decisions. Your experience in bridging technical expertise with business strategy allows you to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders at all levels. You are adept at executive storytelling and visualizing performance metrics, ensuring that data-driven insights are accessible and actionable for the Revenue organization.

You possess excellent collaboration skills, having worked cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Engineering. Your ability to engage with diverse teams enables you to gather requirements and translate them into impactful business intelligence solutions. You are comfortable working in a remote-first environment and are open to candidates from across Canada, with a preference for those based in Toronto.

Desirable

Experience with advanced analytics tools and platforms is a plus, as is familiarity with programmatic advertising and marketing channels. You are passionate about leveraging technology to drive measurable results and are always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

As the Revenue Operations Lead, Business Intelligence at StackAdapt, you will be responsible for scaling the company's business intelligence capabilities. This includes developing strategic reporting frameworks and visualizations that provide insights into performance across the Revenue organization. You will collaborate closely with the VP of Commercial Strategy & Operations to align business intelligence initiatives with company goals.

Your role will involve analyzing complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth. You will create dashboards and reports that facilitate data-driven decision-making across various departments. By working with Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering, you will ensure that all teams have access to the insights they need to drive performance.

You will also play a key role in executive storytelling, presenting findings and recommendations to senior leadership. Your ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner will be essential in influencing strategic decisions. You will lead initiatives to enhance data literacy across the organization, empowering teams to leverage data effectively in their roles.
