You have a proven track record in sales development, particularly in generating high-quality leads and managing early-stage pipelines. Your experience in engaging with compliance leaders at regulated financial institutions has equipped you with a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape. You operate with autonomy and possess strong commercial judgment, allowing you to navigate complex sales scenarios effectively.

You are skilled in targeted outbound motions and have a knack for converting inbound demand efficiently. Your ability to act as a trusted first point of contact for senior compliance stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can contribute to team performance through feedback and best-practice sharing, and you enjoy informal coaching to help your peers succeed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for generating high-quality discovery meetings for the global sales organization, focusing primarily on the UK and EMEA regions. You will identify, engage, and qualify compliance leaders, ensuring that you build a robust early-stage pipeline. Your autonomy in this role means you will be expected to make informed decisions that drive revenue growth.

You will engage in targeted outbound motions, leveraging your understanding of the compliance landscape to connect with potential clients. Your role will also involve converting inbound demand efficiently, ensuring that leads are nurtured and moved through the sales funnel effectively.
