You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, where you've successfully built and maintained relationships with large clients. Your ability to communicate effectively—both verbally and in writing—enables you to craft compelling presentations and proposals that resonate with executive stakeholders. You are strategic in your approach, capable of developing multi-year account plans that align with both customer needs and company goals. You thrive in collaborative environments, sharing knowledge and learning from your peers to drive collective success.

Desirable

Experience in the financial technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with Stripe's products and services. You are comfortable navigating complex sales cycles and have a knack for understanding customer pain points and how to address them with tailored solutions. Your curiosity drives you to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscapes, allowing you to position Stripe effectively against competitors.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive, you will be at the forefront of Stripe's enterprise growth strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and nurture long-term relationships with large and very large customers, turning them into advocates for Stripe's solutions. You will engage with clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how Stripe's products can help them achieve their goals. Your role will involve crafting and delivering executive presentations that highlight the value of Stripe's offerings, as well as developing comprehensive account strategies that drive revenue growth.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into Stripe's product roadmap. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the direction of Stripe's offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of enterprise clients. You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on account performance, using data to inform your strategies and drive continuous improvement.
