Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the startup ecosystem, either as a founder or operator in a fast-scaling company. Your superior verbal and written communication skills enable you to effectively engage with founders and stakeholders. Fluency in Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian is an advantage, allowing you to connect with a broader range of clients in the Nordics. You are interested in business models and monetization, understanding how to help startups leverage Stripe's solutions for their growth. Your prior experience in payments or a customer-facing role at a high-growth technology company has equipped you with the skills needed to thrive in this position.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create partnerships between Stripe and the founders of the most innovative and fastest-growing startups in Europe. You will help them understand how Stripeβs financial infrastructure and solutions can support their growth ambitions and create a competitive advantage for their businesses. You will run the full sales cycle, from identifying new opportunities to onboarding clients and realizing revenue. Your ability to thoroughly understand the needs of startups will be crucial in advising them on how to maximize the benefits of Stripeβs growing product suite. You will collaborate closely with the EMEA Startups team, leveraging subject matter expertise to win top venture capital-backed startups in Europe. Your role will involve not only selling but also building long-term relationships that foster trust and collaboration.
