Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the tech industry — you've successfully managed the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, demonstrating your ability to build strong relationships with clients. Your experience working with technical teams allows you to effectively communicate product value and address customer needs. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are comfortable navigating unstructured situations, making you adaptable and resourceful in your approach to sales.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers — you understand the importance of follow-up and follow-through in building lasting relationships. Your ability to collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams ensures that you can effectively advocate for customer needs and drive product adoption. You are motivated by the opportunity to shape how GenAI is adopted across various domains, and you are eager to contribute to the growth of LangChain.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own and manage the full sales cycle, from lead stage to close, with a strong bias for follow-up and follow-through. You will act as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers, helping them discover, evaluate, and adopt LangChain's products. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential clients, conducting product demonstrations, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience for customers and to gather feedback that can inform product development.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with LangChain's growth objectives. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities for expansion, and leveraging your network to drive new business. Your role will be high-impact and high-visibility, providing you with the opportunity to make significant contributions to the company's success.
