What you'll do
As an Account Executive on the Platforms team, you will directly manage and nurture a named account list, developing account plans that focus on winning and expanding business with upper-tier software platforms. Your role will involve creating partnerships between Stripe and innovative software platforms, helping them understand how Stripe's online commerce infrastructure can provide a competitive advantage in their payment processes. You will identify new growth opportunities and work collaboratively with clients to ensure they are leveraging Stripe's capabilities to their fullest potential.
You will be responsible for conducting regular check-ins with your clients, assessing their satisfaction and identifying areas for improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively will be crucial as you present insights and recommendations based on your analysis of their usage of Stripe's services. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements.
