You have experience in a sales and/or customer-facing role, ideally within a high-growth payments company. Your strong operational acumen allows you to manage and prioritize a book of business effectively, and you thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments. You possess superior verbal and written communication skills in both English and French, enabling you to engage with a diverse clientele.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at Stripe, you will play a crucial role in fueling the company's growth by generating upsell opportunities and driving revenue growth in your territory. You will develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue per user and ensuring customer retention. Your responsibilities will include identifying and understanding users' pain points to propose tailored Stripe solutions, managing the full sales cycle from business case development to pricing negotiations.
