What you'll do

As a Sales Business Partner on our Sales Strategy and Ops team, you will collaborate closely with senior Sales leadership to drive the overall productivity and effectiveness of the organization. Your responsibilities will include resource planning, analyzing sales performance data, and identifying areas for improvement. You will work with cross-functional teams to implement strategies that align with Stripe's goals in the Indian market.

You will leverage your analytical skills to interpret large data sets, providing insights that inform decision-making and strategy development. Your role will involve regular communication with various stakeholders, ensuring that the sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed. You will also play a key role in driving initiatives that enhance user understanding of Stripe products, helping to integrate them seamlessly into their businesses.
