Who you are

You have a strong background in partner development and management, ideally within the financial services or payments industry. Your experience includes cultivating relationships with consulting and technology partners, and you are comfortable engaging with C-level executives to drive high-value deals. You are a highly organized self-starter with excellent multi-tasking skills, capable of taking ownership and influencing others in ambiguous situations. Your strong written and verbal communication skills enable you to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. A Bachelor's Degree is required, and you are willing to travel as needed.

What you'll do

As a Partner Development Manager at Stripe, you will be responsible for developing and managing a global community of partners that help businesses with industry-leading payments and financial infrastructure solutions. You will work closely with the EMEA Alliances & Channels team to execute Stripe's global partner programs, partner marketing, partner enablement, and partner co-selling initiatives. Your role will involve driving partner participation and engagement, collaborating with regional sales teams to maximize revenue opportunities, and ensuring that partners are well-equipped to succeed with Stripe's offerings. You will also be tasked with identifying new partnership opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to unlock market potential across various segments from startups to enterprise companies.
