Who you are

You are a highly experienced sales executive with a proven track record in driving revenue growth for strategic accounts. You thrive in high-growth environments and are adept at navigating complex client relationships. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly allows you to build strong relationships with highly technical customers. You have a demonstrated passion for Stripeโ€™s mission and are skilled at driving CxO level strategy and relationships.

Your experience includes working with growth-stage Internet or software companies, ideally in the payments sector or adjacent industries. You are a self-starter who excels in dealing with ambiguity and solving complicated problems with limited oversight. You understand the importance of aligning customer needs with innovative solutions and are committed to delivering exceptional value to your clients.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Stripe, you will be responsible for revenue growth for 1-2 of Stripeโ€™s most strategic customers. You will develop both the long-term vision and account strategy for your team while managing day-to-day relationships with clients. Your role will involve working cross-functionally across the organization to shape Stripe's solutions to meet customer needs effectively. You will be accountable for increasing revenue and enhancing customer stickiness, ensuring that your clients leverage Stripeโ€™s infrastructure to its fullest potential.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align on customer objectives and drive initiatives that support their growth. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in this role. You will also be expected to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights that benefit your clients.
